TurkstyleShop ships orders to the following European countries – Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden.
Shipping Costs:
- NL Standard Shipping: €5,95 (Free for orders over €50)
- BE Standard Shipping: €6.95
- DE Standard Shipping: €6.75
DELIVERY & DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for our products is mentioned in the product description. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery options include: Standard Shipping (registered): (1-2) or (3-9) business days. For custom-made products and special collections, delivery time may exceed 7-9 business days. The delivery time for these items will be specified in the product description.
We always strive for customer satisfaction. For us, this means: Not satisfied, money back! The customer has the right to return the received items to turkstyleshop.com within 14 business days. The return must always be notified to us in advance via email. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it from us, which specifically means:
- The product has not been worn/used, trying it on is of course allowed.
- The product is undamaged, with no minor scratches from wear.
- The product packaging is undamaged.
- The instructions for use are included.
- Any certificates are included.
- All tags, stickers, and such are still attached.
- Returns can only be processed within the specified return period.
