You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us before returning an item. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Items must be unworn, undamaged and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

Ring size exchanges are possible. If the wrong size was ordered, the cost of returning the item and shipping the replacement is the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are subject to size availability.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalised or custom-made items are also excluded from returns or exchanges where the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. These exclusions do not apply if an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
