SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

TurkStyleShop ships orders to customers worldwide. Our European shipping destinations include Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.

We also ship to available destinations in the Middle East. The countries currently available for delivery will be displayed during checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Netherlands standard shipping: €5.00 — Free for orders over €59.95

  • Belgium standard shipping: €6.95 — Free for orders over €75

  • Germany standard shipping: €6.75 — Free for orders over €59.95

  • France standard shipping: €7.50 — Free for orders over €75

  • Austria standard shipping: €6.95 — Free for orders over €75

  • Middle East standard shipping: €9.95

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery time is stated on each product page. We always do our best to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch

  • Other European countries: 3–9 business days after dispatch

  • Middle East and other international destinations: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures

Personalized and custom-made products, as well as selected special collections, may require more than 7–9 business days for production and delivery. The applicable estimated delivery time will be stated in the product description.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Please contact us at info@turkstyleshop.com before returning your product so that we can provide you with the correct return instructions.

Returned products must:

  • Only have been reasonably inspected or tried on and must otherwise be unworn and unused

  • Be undamaged and free from scratches or signs of wear

  • Be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible

  • Include any instructions and certificates supplied with the product

  • Include all original labels, stickers and accessories

  • Be returned within the applicable return period

Products made, engraved or personalized according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or were made incorrectly by us.

If you return a product because you have changed your mind or exercised your right of withdrawal, the direct return shipping costs are your responsibility. If an incorrect, damaged or defective product was delivered due to an error by TurkStyleShop, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
