RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

14-day return period

You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with any original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Return shipping costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return an item for personal reasons, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, or if the issue was caused by TurkStyleShop, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@turkstyleshop.com. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Products made, engraved or personalized according to your specifications cannot normally be returned unless they are damaged, defective or were made incorrectly by us.

For hygiene reasons, sealed products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken, where permitted by law.

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about the return eligibility of a particular product.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you have and place a separate order after your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without providing a reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the products.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided proof of return shipment. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
